Our Horses
Our farm is home to over 20 horses. We pride ourselves on taking the time to match our horses to our riders. When we meet our new riders we discuss goals, experience and comfort around horses to help us decide which horse will be the perfect match. Whether you are a total beginner, getting back into the saddle after a break or a seasoned rider looking for a new show horse, we almost certainly have a match for you.
Laughton’s Whiskey Business
Looking for your next short stirrup pony? Whiskey is a barn favourite. This lovely small pony is looking for his next little rider to love! Whiskey is NOT for dead beginners but all it takes is a strong leg. This past season Whiskey was 4th overall in the small ponies
Sweet Cherry Wine
If you know this pony, you know just how talented she is. With a show record a mile long, Cherry is looking to take a step down from the division and help bring along her next rider in the short stirrup ring. Requires a rider who will pilot her around the ring. With a 10+ jump, auto change, always getting a piece of the hack, this pony will help you stand out! In 2021 Cherry was champion of the short stirrup division, 3rd in the small/ medium ponies and claimed reserve champion at trillium champs. Cherry had some great ribbons in 2022 and is ready to dominate again in the ring for 2023.

Cruise
Cruise is a handsome & fun 16.1H, 2010 OTTB gelding. Cruise is well suited for a confident intermediate rider as he has more go than whoa. Cruise has 2 years of experience in the Hunter Trillium Circuit, pinning in the 2’9. He has automatic changes and trailers well. He is currently for lease at a beautiful barn in Richmond with an indoor arena, large outdoor fenced sand ring, cross country field and some trails.

Waskagamish
Our barn family has suffered a great and immeasurable loss. Waska came into our barn and hearts for only a short time but it truly feels like she had been here forever. While she was Aimée’s heart horse, she certainly stole the hearts of each and every person she touched. Aimee was so generous to allow Gracen to ride Waska in her Equitation Divisions last year, winning the divisions, and teaching Gracen so very much.
My heart breaks thinking I will never hear her kicking her door impatiently waiting for her breakfast, or giving Kamryn the biggest smile I have ever seen. Aimee, thank you for bringing this mare into our barn, our life and our hearts and allowing us to love her. Our hearts are certainly heavier and our barn a little quieter.
Rest east sweet girl.
Rain Dancer
We are sad to share that we have laid our beautiful Rain Dancer to rest after living a full, happy life.
She had a successful career helping many riders reach their goals before living out the rest of her life in retirement.
It has been a pleasure to have this lovely mare in our barn and we hope she knows how loved she was by all.
Porter
Today was a sad day as one of our horses, Porter, passed away.
He was a much loved member of the Fraser Field Farm family and he will be greatly missed.
For any of the riders who had the opportunity to ride and spend time with Porter, we hope that you will remember him fondly.
This is a truly unfortunate and tragic event and we are surprised and saddened by his passing.
